I wrote an article on what causes hemorrhoids and in this article we are going to look at how to prevent hemorrhoids. There are some factors that trigger hemorrhoids eg pregnancy which are really unavoidable but most of the other factors can be dwelt with.

Hemorrhoids can be compared to varicose veins and they afflicts millions of people worldwide. They are usually either internal or external and their are various methods of treating them. Some of these include surgery for complicated cases, using creams, suppositories as well as using natural methods.

We have elevators and escalators to ease our movements within building. exercise requires discipline and it doesn't come easy. You can try swimming as an alternative, get yourself an exercise bike or join a local gym. For those that love the outdoors, they can opt to jog.

The problem is that once you start many people do not have the discipline to keep the routine and drop exercising after some time. Exercising keeps you fit and healthy.

2. Diet

Junk food is easy to prepare but lacks many of the nutrients required for a healthy living. Junk food also lacks fiber which helps in digestion of the food.

We recommend eating foods rich in fiber such as cereals, whole grain breads and fresh fruits and vegetables

3. Water

When your body lacks water it results in dehydration. This causes your body to feel tired and weak. Water flushes your digestive system and flushes waster products from your body

We advice you drink plenty of water to promote healthy living in your body. Its recommended you take at least 6 glasses of water daily.
